ASSOCIATE BUSINESS OR OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST ASSOCIATE

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are growing rapidly and are looking for experienced and highly motivated INTERNATIONAL Associate Occupational/Business Psychologists to join our team.
We are particularly interested in hearing from Associates based in India, Asia/Pacific Region, the Middle East, Africa, and South/Central America.
This is an Associate role. This means you will be providing freelance services to us on a project basis. You will not be an employee of Inspiring Insights.
You will primarily be supporting the delivery of development, selection, and assessment events (including interviews, development and assessment centres, psychometrics, and report writing), and coaching programs.
This is a virtual role. Our clients are global organizations, and we typically work remotely, although travel may be required for some projects.
We will not facilitate visas.
THE PERSON
To be considered you must:
Have an MSc or Doctorate in Occupational Psychology, Industrial & Organizational Psychology or Business Psychology.
Be qualified to use the Hogan Personality tools including HPI, HDS and MVPI.
Be registered with the appropriate professional body in your country (e.g. the British Psychological Society).
Be self-employed/own your own business, and hold appropriate professional insurance.
We will not progress any applications that do not meet these criteria.
In addition, the ideal candidate will:
Be experienced and credible in working with clients at a senior level in multinational organisations.
Experience of working with different sectors including FMCG, professional services, technology and consumer healthcare.
Experience working at all organisational levels from emerging talent, through to senior leaders.
Have excellent written and spoken English.
Be able to speak and write fluently in languages additional to English.
Be positive, flexible, collaborative and responsive when working to tight timelines.
