Teams always benefit from strengthening their relationships, enhancing trust and reviewing the effectiveness of their current processes.
However, there are some times when team effectiveness interventions are particularly valuable, for example: When new teams form or new team members join, during times of change, when a team is experiencing conflict, or when a team needs to improve performance
Our tools and approach:
Being able to understand other team members, and their preferences, needs, wants and values in fundamental to building strong and effective relationships. We use tools to build this awareness and create a ‘shared language’ for teams to use. We recommend the following tools:
